1. Eligibility
1.1 Age
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if higher, to register or use Mr Bet Casino.
1.2 Jurisdiction
You are solely responsible for confirming that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. A current restricted territories list is available on request at support@casinomr.bet.
1.3 One Account Per Person
Each player may hold one Mr Bet account only. Duplicate accounts constitute a material breach of these Terms. All associated accounts will be suspended and all balances forfeited.
1.4 Personal Use
Accounts are for personal entertainment use only. Automated software, bots, and third-party interaction tools are prohibited. Accounts may not be transferred or used by third parties.
2. Account Registration
2.1 Accuracy
All registration information must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
2.2 Currency
Your account currency is fixed at registration and cannot be changed. All balances, bonuses, and transactions are denominated in the chosen currency.
2.3 Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Mr Bet is not liable for losses arising from your failure to do so.
3. Verification (KYC)
3.1 Requirement
KYC verification is required under our regulatory license before withdrawals are processed. Gameplay and deposits may proceed during the verification period.
3.2 Documentation
Required documents are specified on the Verification page. Supplementary documentation may be requested for accounts with elevated transaction volumes or compliance flags.
3.3 Non-Compliance
Failure to provide required documentation results in suspension of withdrawal processing until compliance is achieved.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 No-Deposit Cash
The €15 no-deposit cash offer is available to newly registered, verified players. Specific wagering requirements, maximum cashout limits, and expiry terms are published on the Mr Bet landing page and govern the offer in full.
4.2 Welcome Package
The welcome package spans four deposits delivering up to €2,500 and 500 free spins:
- First deposit: 100% up to €500 + 200 FS, minimum €10
- Second deposit: 75% up to €750 + 150 FS, minimum €20
- Third deposit: 50% up to €750 + 100 FS, minimum €20
- Fourth deposit: 25% up to €500 + 50 FS, minimum €20
- Wagering requirement: 35x the bonus amount. Skrill and Neteller deposits excluded from eligibility. Bonus validity: 7 days per stage from activation.
4.3 Weekly Cashback
5% of net weekly losses is credited automatically every Friday to eligible accounts where net wagering exceeds €500 and where withdrawals have not exceeded deposits in the relevant period. No wagering requirement applies to cashback funds.
4.4 Battle Spins
Battle Spins is a weekly tournament format. Eligibility, featured slots, prize pool distribution, and scoring rules are published at the start of each tournament window. Tournament participation does not guarantee prize allocation. Mr Bet reserves the right to modify tournament formats with reasonable notice.
4.5 Reload Bonuses
Reload bonuses carry a standard 35x wagering requirement on the bonus amount unless a specific offer states otherwise. Skrill and Neteller deposits excluded from reload offer eligibility.
4.6 Maximum Bet
While any bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet is €5 per spin or round. Exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
4.7 Contribution Rates
Wagering contribution toward all bonus requirements: video slots 100%, crash games 50%, live casino 5%, RNG table games 10%, video poker 10%.
4.8 VIP Program
VIP tier status (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) is determined by Mr Bet at our discretion based on account activity and engagement. Benefits associated with each tier are communicated through the VIP dashboard and may be modified with notice. Mr Bet reserves the right to adjust tier classifications.
4.9 Bonus Abuse
We reserve the right to void bonuses, winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is reasonably identified – including multiple account creation to claim offers, technical error exploitation, or strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
5.1 Minimum Deposit
€10 for all qualified payment methods.
5.2 Withdrawal Limits
€5,000 per week and €15,000 per month for standard accounts. Gold, Platinum, and Diamond VIP members may negotiate elevated limits with their account manager.
5.3 Processing
Withdrawals process within 48 hours for standard methods and under 3 hours for most cryptocurrency withdrawals. These are Mr Bet-side processing times and exclude any additional clearing time at the player’s payment provider.
5.4 Method Alignment
Withdrawals are directed to the same method used for deposits wherever technically possible, in compliance with AML requirements.
5.5 Voucher Limitation
Paysafecard and Neosurf support deposits only. Players who use these methods for deposits must establish an alternative withdrawal method before requesting any cashout.
5.6 Active Bonus
Withdrawal requests submitted while a bonus is pending wagering completion may result in forfeiture of the active bonus. Players may elect to forfeit an active bonus before withdrawing.
6. Responsible Gambling
All responsible gaming tools described on the Responsible Gaming page are available to every player. Self-exclusion requests are permanent, irreversible, and executed immediately upon receipt.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential regulatory referral:
- False registration information
- Multiple account creation
- Automated software or bot usage
- Collusion or coordinated outcome manipulation
- Technical error or vulnerability exploitation
- Transactions designed to circumvent AML controls
- Fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
- Access from a restricted jurisdiction
8. Intellectual Property
All Mr Bet platform content – including the name, logo, design, software, VIP programme structure, Battle Spins format, and associated materials – is owned by or licensed to Faro Entertainment N.V. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal entertainment use only. No content may be reproduced or used commercially without written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mr Bet’s aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim. We do not accept liability for technical failures beyond our reasonable control, losses arising from a player’s breach of these Terms, or indirect or consequential losses.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Disputes should first be submitted to our internal complaints procedure at support@casinomr.bet. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the Curaçao eGaming Commission under licence 1668/JAZ.
11. Amendments
Material amendments will be communicated by email and platform notice at least 14 days before the effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
